We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use IPOBlink, and information from third parties involved in delivering our services.

• Account details — name, mobile number, email address, and password when you register or log in via OTP.
• IPO account details — Demat/broker account nicknames, client IDs, and related identifiers you add to track IPO applications and allotment status.
• Profile information — any additional details you choose to add to your profile, such as your display name or preferences.
• Usage data — pages visited, IPOs viewed or bookmarked, device type, browser, and approximate location, used to keep the app working reliably and to improve it.
• Communications — messages you send us through support channels, including their content and any attachments.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and secure your account, and verify your identity via OTP login.
• Show you IPO listings, GMP (grey market premium), subscription statistics, lot sizes, and allotment-related information relevant to your linked IPO accounts.
• Send account, service, and IPO status notifications you've opted into.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the platform, including detecting fraud or abuse.
• Improve IPOBlink's features, performance, and user experience.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — vendors who help us operate IPOBlink (hosting, SMS/OTP delivery, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements — where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or a valid legal process.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to you where required.

IPOBlink is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

IPOBlink may link to third-party websites, brokers, or registrars for IPO applications and allotment checks. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties — we encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
